Credit and Operational Risk Expert

New banking structure in PLCredit & Operational Risk

• Solid understanding of risk management concepts, capital markets, financial analysis, and Basel regulatory frameworks
• University degree (finance, economics, mathematics or related field)
• Professional certification (FRM, PRM, CFA or similar) will be an asset
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in credit or operational risk
• Strong command of both Polish and English (min. B2 level)
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail, structured work approach and a high level of accuracy
• Professional, courteous and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and cultural awareness in an international environment
• Fixed-term contract (renewable annually after a 3-month probationary period)
