- Solid understanding of risk management concepts, capital markets, financial analysis, and Basel regulatory frameworks
- University degree (finance, economics, mathematics or related field)
- Professional certification (FRM, PRM, CFA or similar) will be an asset
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in credit or operational risk
- Strong command of both Polish and English (min. B2 level)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail, structured work approach and a high level of accuracy
