Work Schedule : 40 hours per week (rotational shifts)

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide professional and friendly support.
Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and delivering effective solutions.
Provide valuable feedback to enhance products and services.

Requirements

Fluent in Polish (C2) and proficient in English (B2) .

Passion for customer service and problem-solving.

Previous experience in a customer support role is an advantage.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools.
