We are currently looking for a Credit Risk Specialist  ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.

What you will be doing?

We are looking for an  Credit Risk Specialist to  manage and develop the BNPL risk framework for existing and new Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) partnerships and direct channels in Poland.

Policy & Governance :  Design, implement, and maintain BNPL credit risk policies and processes, ensuring KNF regulatory compliance.

Portfolio Management :  Conduct deep portfolio monitoring and analytics (delinquency, PD, LGD) to maintain quality and drive corrective actions.

Decisioning :  Develop and manage credit scoring and decisioning rules in collaboration with IT / Data Science.

Partner Oversight : Evaluate and perform due diligence on BaaS partners and new BNPL models.

Skills you should have

3–6 years experience in credit risk, analytics, or policy, preferably in BNPL, consumer lending, or fintech.

BaaS / Partnerships :  Experience with BaaS or partnership-based lending models is a plus.

Technical Skills :  Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.

Knowledge : Solid understanding of the credit life cycle, scoring models, and KNF regulations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, advanced Polish and communicative English
