Job Description

Join our IT Enterprise Architecture team in a paid internship and support key communication initiatives. You'll help refine and communicate our technical roadmap, organize events, and support engagement activities.

Responsibilities :

Maintain IT architecture documentation (system diagrams, process flows, etc.);

Manage meeting minutes, action items, and knowledge base;

Develop and execute communication plans for IT architecture projects;

Support IT architecture planning workshops (virtual / on-site);

Contribute to blog posts and internal community updates;

Help manage projects using Agile / SCRUM principles.

Qualifications

You are a 3rd and 4th year student of Computer Science (or a related field preferred);

You are available at least 20 hours a week;

Interest in IT architecture, digital transformation, and technology planning;

Excellent written / verbal English and Polish skills (required);

Familiarity with documentation / collaboration tools (Confluence, Miro, etc.);

Organized, proactive, and able to work independently;

Knowledge of Agile principles and SCRUM methodology is a plus.
