Essential responsibilities
- Client Acquisition; identify and secure key accounts in the industrial and renewable sectors, focusing on energy solutions (power and natural gas) tailored to their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with clients to design and deliver innovative energy products and services.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping the sales approach and strategies for key accounts in a start-up environment.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine sales approaches.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support both client and company goals.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights to senior management.
- Representing the company at client meetings, industry conferences, and various events to promote its products, services, and brand image.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of sales experience working for a power and / or natural gas trading companyProven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business development in competitive marketsDemonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and deliver innovative solutions to clientsFamiliarity with digital tools and sales automation to enhance efficiency and client engagementA proactive mindset with a passion for creating and shaping new opportunities in a startup environmentFluency in Polish and communication level in English
