We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Medical Manager Neurology to join our team and serve as the scientific voice for our key products and therapeutic areas. This position includes direct managerial responsibility for Neurology Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs).
In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping medical strategies, providing expert guidance to healthcare professionals, and leading scientific exchange with key opinion leaders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support medical initiatives, ensuring alignment with our broader business objectives while maintaining scientific integrity.

PRIMARY FUNCTION :
- Represent the affiliate’s medical / scientific expertise in Neurology.
- Provide guidance and scientific exchange with key thought leaders and healthcare professionals.
- Support medical affairs strategies and integrated brand plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure the medical function is strategically aligned with business objectives while maintaining scientific independence.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Maintain deep expertise in oncology through ongoing education and industry engagement.Provide expert medical / scientific input on strategy, communications, and external scientific interactions.Develop and maintain credible relationships with thought leaders and academic centers through congress participation and advisory boards.Deliver scientific presentations and medical education programs to healthcare professionals.Define and implement medical activities aligned with the integrated evidence plan.Monitor and summarize key scientific developments and trends in Neurology.Plan and conduct internal training sessions and develop relevant educational materials.EVIDENCE GENERATION :
Identify and prioritize evidence gaps and contribute to local evidence generation plans.Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory approval processes for clinical research initiatives.Oversee Phase IV studies, post-marketing clinical activities, and epidemiological surveys.Partner with Affiliate Clinical Operations for study execution and governance compliance.COMPLIANCE & STRATEGIC INPUT :
Review promotional material for scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.Provide medical insights into marketing strategies and key commercial initiatives.Monitor competitive intelligence and market trends in Neurology.Ensure full adherence to all national regulations, industry codes of conduct, and company policies.ACCOUNTABILITY & SCOPE :
Support the development and execution of strategic medical affairs plans for Neurology.Lead efficient implementation of local medical initiatives.Act as a scientific resource for healthcare professionals, institutions, and key stakeholders.Manage and develop a team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), providing strategic direction, coaching, and performance oversight to ensure impactful field engagement and scientific exchange.Qualifications
Qualifications
Medical degree or bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline.Expertise in Neurology and strong knowledge of drug development and clinical research.Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Fluency in English for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Excellent written and spoken communication, including presentation skills.High customer orientation with a commitment to scientific integrity and compliance.Team-oriented mindset, able to build relationships across functions and external networks.Proven leadership skills in a cross-functional global team environment. Ability to interact externally and internally to support global business strategy. Ability to run a medical affairs team independently with minimal supervision while supporting medical and clinical initiatives, including the leadership and development of a field-based MSL team.Strong judgment, organizational skills, and the capacity to execute efficiently with a sense of urgency.Additional Information
