about-project :

Join NATEK as an Analyst and help to shape decision making in medical area by providing insights from the market and preparing various dashboards.

responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders from scientific and medical area to undersand their needs and priorities and translate them into data-driven solutions

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards aligned with business needs

Cooperate with data analysts to deliver analytics tools

Help to define metrics that will influence strategic decision-making

Collaborate globally across various teams to better understand the market

requirements-expected :

4+ years of experience as an Analyst or a similar role

Proven expertise in analytics (Power BI, DAX, SQL)

Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships

Hands-on experience in coordinating external vendors and service providers

Background in the pharmaceutical / medical industry

Proven track record of working closely with business stakeholders to support strategic decisions

Fluent English

Ability to create trusted relationships with vendors and stakeholders

Very good communication and negotiation skills

Ability to influence stakeholders
