Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for your clients, guiding them through integration, ensuring smooth communication, and helping them get the most out of crypto payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for clients in high-risk sectors like gambling.
• Manage post-sale operations : contracts, client chats, and integration processes.
• Resolve client issues quickly and maintain high satisfaction.
• Monitor client metrics (conversion rates, turnovers) and optimize performance.
• Keep records up-to-date and ensure policy compliance.
• Identify upsell opportunities and prepare custom pricing proposals.
