David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit an Audio Visual Manager for their offices in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Position :   Audio Visual Manager

Location : Tashkent, Uzbekistan

Employment type : Full-time

Remuneration : Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Installing and testing new systems and equipment.
  • Maintaining technical equipment for production, broadcasting, and multimedia.
  • Setting up and overseeing audio-visual connections between units.
  • Diagnosing and repairing technical issues with equipment and systems.
  • Reducing service disruption during equipment failure by identifying and implementing alternative solutions.
  • Setting up and operating equipment and transmission links for live events.
  • Designing and installing custom audio-visual circuits.
  • Developing and creating hardware and system solutions.
  • Promoting awareness of workplace health and safety practices.
  • Interpreting and following instructions from product owners, directors, and team members.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and other staff.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and technology by maintaining professional networks and exploring new systems and techniques.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • In-depth understanding of photography principles such as exposure, aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and lenses.
  • Relocation support is available.
  • Experience with electronic engineering and communication equipment.

  • Proficient in operating video cameras.
  • Expertise in using production video switchers.
  • Experience with live chroma keying.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure related to signal transmission (e.g., SDI).
  • Adequate color vision and hearing abilities.
  • Strong IT skills and experience in project management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Problem-solving skills with a creative approach to technical issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Adaptability to changing environments.
  • Ability to remain composed and focused under pressure.
