Backend Engineer Java @ AVENGA (Agencja Pracy, nr KRAZ : 8448)

As a  Backend Engineer (Java) , you’ll join one of our core cross-functional mission teams and play a key role in building the core banking systems of tomorrow. You’ll contribute to the evolution of our backend architecture and help shape a product that puts customers at its core.

• Solid experience with Java and frameworks like Spring Boot or Micronaut
• Proficiency in AWS (deployment, infrastructure-as-code, configuration)
• Understanding of Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience with Kafka or other message-driven architectures
• Background in agile environments and secure application development
• Strong communication skills – technical and non-technical
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, technical solutions
