The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

Channel Manager (m / f / x) is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth. This role involves identifying new channel opportunities, onboarding partners, training, and supporting them to achieve performance targets. The Channel Manager acts as the key liaison between the company and its channel partners to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies.

As a Channel Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

  • Developing and executing channel partner strategies to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals
  • Identifying, recruiting and onboarding new channel partners
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, providing them with training, resources, and support
  • Collaborating with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to partners
  • Monitoring partner performance and conducting regular business reviews to ensure targets are being met
  • Resolving partner-related issues and providing timely support to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
  • Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities
  • Working cross-functionally with internal teams including sales, product, and support to ensure partner needs are met
  • Tracking and reporting on channel metrics and KPIs to senior management

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications :

  • Master degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and channel partner dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess partner performance and market potential
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken)
  • Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include :

  • Experience in Med Tech, Pharma, FMCG, etc.
  • Familiarity with channel incentive programs and co-marketing initiatives
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet partners and attend industry events
  • Work location

    Remote (Poland)

    Travel

    May include up to 80% domestic
