KYC Analyst (Client Onboarding)

As part of the Client Onboarding – Client Implementation team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional client experiences while working alongside talented professionals in a collaborative and entrepreneurial setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the onboarding process for all client types and products, including cash and derivatives.
• Collaborate actively with Sales and other stakeholders to manage priorities and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of AML, KYC, and product-to-legal entity alignment requirements.
• Ensure adherence to Client Onboarding policy and process requirements.
• Manage tight timelines for fund launches, market-specific deadlines, and trade dates.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain high standards of client service.
• Stay highly organized, multi-task efficiently, and prioritize projects effectively.
