Job descriptionProjekt dotyczy rozwoju i utrzymania platformy Pega CLM (Client Lifecycle Management), wspierającej procesy onboardingu i obsługi klientów korporacyjnych, a jego celem jest stworzenie nowego środowiska architektonicznego dla całej organizacji naszego Klienta. Tryb pracy : Hybrydowo (2 dni w tygodniu w biurze) Jako Lead System Architect (Pega CLM) będziesz odpowiedzialny za projektowanie i rozwój architektury aplikacji Pega w ramach kluczowego systemu Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) w organizacji Nordea. Twoim zadaniem będzie zapewnienie skalowalności, wydajności oraz jakości rozwiązań poprzez projektowanie złożonych procesów, integracji z systemami zewnętrznymi i komponentów wspólnych. Będziesz wspierać zespół deweloperski w zakresie najlepszych praktyk Pega, diagnozować problemy wydajnościowe oraz doradzać w kwestiach architektonicznych. Ważnym elementem Twojej pracy będzie także knowledge transfer – dzielenie się wiedzą i wspieranie zespołów w zrozumieniu platformy Pega. Bardzo dobra znajomość Pega CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) – projektowanie, konfiguracja i optymalizacja aplikacji. Doświadczenie w architekturze systemów Pega oraz w projektowaniu skalowalnych rozwiązań. Umiejętność tworzenia i implementacji złożonych workflowów, reguł decyzyjnych oraz integracji z systemami zewnętrznymi. Znajomość baz danych (SQL) – optymalizacja zapytań, testowanie i utrzymanie. Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku międzynarodowym i zespołowym. Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie. Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia, proaktywność i samodzielność w działaniu.
