responsibilities :

Leading or supporting CLM solution implementations across industries,

Gathering and analyzing client requirements with legal, procurement, IT, and business teams,

Translating business needs into technical / functional solutions,

Configuring CLM platforms and supporting custom development,

Supporting testing, training, change management, and go-live,

Providing ongoing enhancements and best-practice recommendations.

requirements-expected :

Knowledge of contract lifecycle stages (request to renewal),

Experience in stakeholder engagement and process mapping,

Familiarity with procurement, sales, or legal contracting challenges,

Skills in workshops, user stories, or BRDs,

Hands-on experience with at least one major CLM or related platform,

Experience with configuration, workflows, clause libraries, and metadata modeling.
