У зв'язку з запуском нового Crypto Casino, команда наразі в пошуках досвідченого Head of User Acquisition, який побудує з нуля напрямок платного залучення користувачів та підготує продукт до успішного запуску.

Requirements

  • Досвід від 4 до 6+ років в User Acquisition / Performance Marketing
  • Обов'язковий досвід в iGaming, betting, crypto або fintech
  • Практичний досвід роботи з великими бюджетами ($100k+ / міс)
  • Глибоке розуміння метрик : CAC, LTV, Payback, funnel-підхід (Click >

    Repeat)

  • Досвід запуску та масштабування платних каналів : Paid Social (X / Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, Meta), PPC / Search, Display / Native, Influencer-driven paid funnels
  • Сильні аналітичні навички : GA4, Metabase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Adjust / AppsFlyer, MMP-системи, cohort analysis
  • Досвід роботи з geo-стратегіями та локалізацією оферів
  • Англійська мова B2+
  • Стратегічне мислення, орієнтація на результат, вміння швидко приймати рішення на основі даних
  • Сильна комунікація з cross-functional командами (Product, CRM, Retention, Affiliates)

    • Responsibilities

  • Розробка та реалізація стратегії user acquisition з нуля
  • Запуск, оптимізація та масштабування платних каналів (Paid Social, PPC, Display, Native, Influencer funnels)
  • Управління бюджетами та контроль CAC, ROAS, LTV
  • Побудова системи тестування креативів, оферів та лендингів
  • Тісна співпраця з Product, CRM / Retention, Affiliates / Influencers
  • Робота з аналітикою та атрибуцією (MMP, postbacks, cohort analysis)
  • Запуск UA-флоу під різні гео та сегменти (crypto, high-rollers, casual)
  • Контроль відповідності регуляторним вимогам та платформним правилам
  • Формування та розвиток команди User Acquisition
