Your responsibilities

• analysis of end-to-end Sales Back Office (SBO) processes to identify improvement opportunities;
• drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing quality and efficiency;
• collect and analyze feedback on SBO processes from both Miele Global Services (MGS) and local Miele organizations;
• conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to uncover process issues and recommend effective solutions;
• be part of execution of proposed changes and improvements;
• support scope harmonization in alignment with the Target Model;
• identify and address process control gaps;
• collaborate closely with the Sales Strategy Team (SST);
• serve as project lead or participant in central projects;
• be part of Processes and Quality evaluation designing (SBO scope).
