The Global IS Solutions Specialist – Purchasing Products acts as a strategic and operational bridge between the business (primarily purchasing and adjacent finance functions) and IS (Information Systems). This role ensures that purchasing-related digital solutions evolve in alignment with business needs, technological advancements, and governance standards.

The position is located in our office in Cracow.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary IS counterpart to purchasing function heads.
• Capture evolving business needs, regulatory requirements, and strategic directions.
• Translate business vision into IS solution strategies, including new features, rollouts, and potential new systems.
• Act as the gatekeeper for purchasing-related IS demands.
• Evaluate and prioritize incoming requests (e.g., enhancements, AI integration, compliance updates).
• Develop and maintain the purchasing solutions roadmap.
• Collaborate with architects and technology specialists to define and implement innovative functionalities.
• Monitor service levels and ensure consistent delivery quality.
• Act as a central point for issue resolution and performance tracking.
