Are you passionate about trading? Do you have a strong and proven background in the management and analysis of large data sets using statistical and machine learning methods to detect patterns? We are looking for someone to :

analyze the performance and provide oversight on the trading quality of our trading strategies

design and development of robust quantitative trading strategies

analyse latest machine learning methods related to time series forecasting and optimization and use them in trading strategies.

construct and maintain data sets across all asset classes

contribute and provide oversight to the development and management of our automated execution capabilities

Your team

You will sit within the Trading Strategy and Analytics team. The Trading Strategy and Analytics team is responsible for utilizing analytics and machine learning models to implement strategic trading initiatives and methods across equity,options, fixed income, and FX asset classes. You will report into the Head of Trading Strategy and Analytics.

Your expertise

Bachelors or Masters in Quantitative Finance or related field

very good knowledge of various asset classes with hands on experience in trading / investing

programming experience with Python

knowledge of machine learning methods and willing to learn

SQL Querying or database experience highly desired

knowledge of Asset Management industry

excellent analytical skills, detail and quality oriented

responsibilities :

Tworzenie, udoskonalanie i ocena wyników automatycznych strategii inwestycyjnych

Poszukiwanie zależności wyników strategii od instrumentów finansowych i szerokiego spektrum danych.

Identyfikowanie elementów strategii wymagających poprawy i przygotowywanie odpowiednich modyfikacji

Dokumentowanie strategii inwestycyjnych

Udział w projektach międzynarodowych

Prezentacja strategii inwestycyjnych dla inwestorów

Współpraca z zespołem programistycznym i zespołem Data Science.

Zainteresowanie i pasja w temacie inwestycji i rynków kapitałowych

Praktyczne doświadczenia i znajomość różnorodnych klas instrumentów finansowych

Bardzo dobra znajomość opcji, wyceny, zasad tradingowych

Doświadczenie we współpracy z Prime Brokers, mile widziane doświadczenie w pracy w konfiguracji multi-PB

Bardzo dobra znajomość parametrów i zasad finansowania poszczególnych klas instrumentów

Bardzo dobra znajomość zasad kalkulacji depozytów i finansowania depozytu dla różnych klas instrumentów

Wykształcenie w obszarze finansów, inwestycji lub ekonomii

Zdolności analityczne, wiedzę na temat statystyki, algebry liniowej i analizy

Dobra znajomość Python

Dobra wiedza o metrykach inwestycyjnych (stopa zwrotu, Sharpe ratio, drawdown, VaR, ES, PnL)

Znajomość angielskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym

Zdolność do pracy w międzynarodowym zespole
