Responsibilities
Work on simple or complex customer technical issuesAssist customers by diagnosing problems through probing and investigating causes and provide / recommend resolutions for technical and service issuesAdvise customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questionsUse troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify products that are defective and follow guidelines in issuing service calls / contactsQualifications
Excellent communication skills in German language both written and spoken - C1Good command of English - B2We offer
