What type of people are we looking for?

• You’ve worked at a marketing agency (must have).
• Someone with excellent soft skills – this is a consultant role , so you need to know how to communicate and persuade!
• Background should be in strategy,  where you’ve managed the entire marketing landscape.
• Need to be available between 9 : 00 AM and 5 : 00 PM to jump into client meetings
• Experience in the e-commerce space would be highly beneficial
• Highly organized – this is an absolute must. We need someone who loves having everything under control and plans with precision.
• A true growth hacker – if you can’t get in through the door, you’ll find a way through the window!
• Besides wide understanding of marketing strategy, you have hand-on expertise in at least in one of this fields : marketing automation, conversion optimization, content management, performance marketing,
• You work with project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, etc.)
• Experience working with small companies and startups is a huge plus.

Someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish (min. C1).
