Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for your clients, guiding them through integration, ensuring smooth communication, and helping them get the most out of crypto payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for clients in high-risk sectors like gambling.
- Manage post-sale operations : contracts, client chats, and integration processes.
- Resolve client issues quickly and maintain high satisfaction.
- Monitor client metrics (conversion rates, turnovers) and optimize performance.
- Keep records up-to-date and ensure policy compliance.
- Identify upsell opportunities and prepare custom pricing proposals.
- Analyze market trends and assist with strategic proposals.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in the payment industry.Strong background in client or partner management.Solid understanding of crypto or fintech-related operations.Fluency in English and Russian (written and verbal).Ability to work independently in a remote setting.Key Soft Skills
