responsibilities :
- Provide Level 1 support for end user issues and convey resolutions to end user queries
- Monitor and react accordingly on the changes in IT environment on-prem and Cloud, support business cloud services being part of cross functional Incident
- Response Team Perform hardware and software installations by following existing procedures and knowledgebase guides
- Proper escalation of unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Being a single point of contact for the end users related to Issues / Requests
- Provide remote resolution to issues / queries where applicable
- Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure
