Job description: 5+ year s of experience in the PTP area with strong end-to-end process knowledge .Experience in process desig n, mapping, and creating documentation .Familiarity with process tools like Visi o, Ari s, or Business Opti x .A continuous improvement mindse t and experience delivering measurable results .Strong client communication skill s - ability to run workshops, presentations, or training sessions .Experience working in projects with regular client interaction; at least 1 year in a lead or stream lea d role .Good understanding of ERP system s (SAP S / 4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle) and related tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, OpenText, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Kofax, etc.) : Experience with process or technology transitions .Hands-on experience with ERP or non-ERP tool implementation .Involvement in benchmarking or process maturity assessments Benefits : yearly performance bonus, private healthcare plan with Medicover, and optional packages such as dental care, senior support, or oncology services at special rates. Responsibilities
- Support transformation projects within Finance - from process redesign to technology implementation.
- Take part in workshops and document new process solutions and decisions.
- Share your ideas and recommend improvements to help clients reach their transformation goals.
- Work closely with client teams and subject matter experts to deliver agreed project results.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and tools that can improve finance operations.
- Learn and use internal methods and best practices to support client success.
