Salesforce Developer (SFDC)

With a global presence in more than 190 countries, the client is dedicated to serving healthcare institutions, life science researchers, clinical laboratories, industry, and the public. The company specializes in providing a wide range of medical supplies, devices, laboratory equipment, and diagnostic products. We are looking for a candidate with at least 9 years of hands-on Salesforce development and programming experience. Strong technical skills, excellent communication, and adaptability are essential for success in this dynamic role.

Your role

• Developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes and triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components, ensuring high quality, scalability, and security
• Collaborating with IT teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems across the organization, utilizing Salesforce APIs for seamless data exchange
• Providing technical leadership in the implementation of Salesforce solutions, conducting peer reviews, and offering guidance to ensure best practices and adherence to coding standards
• Supporting production teams by resolving break-fix issues on time, leveraging hands-on configuration, development, and testing throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams, presenting technical designs and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, while actively contributing to the Salesforce community and staying updated on industry trends
