About the Project

This initiative focuses on transforming Customer Master Data Management (MDM) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across all business systems. The goal is to create Customer Golden Records —a single, reliable source of truth for customer information.

Using Dynamics CRM, Profisee, and ERP systems , this project will improve data quality, streamline operations, enhance analytics, and support better customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

As an MDM Solution Architect , you will :

• Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions utilizing Dynamics CRM, Profisee, and ERP systems .
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements.
• Ensure seamless data integration across various platforms and create Customer Golden Records .
• Develop and oversee data integration workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies to maintain data quality and consistency.
• Continuously monitor and improve data management processes for long-term success.
