• At least 8 years of technical experiecne
• Demonstrated experience as a solution architect in enterprise technology environments, with a proven track record of delivering comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
• Expertise in the end-to-end design of ERP and SaaS platform utilisation, including systems such as Microsoft D365, Salesforce, Workday, and Workfront.
• Ideally, experience and understanding of data architecture, with exposure to solutions involving platforms like Microsoft Azure (e.g., Fabric), Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Preferably, but not necessarily, proficiency in designing automation solutions using RPA tools such as UI Path.
• Awareness of Generative AI technologies, their implications, and their integration into enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to define, promote, and enforce design and architecture standards.
• Experience in leading design authorities and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and senior leadership across multiple countries.
• A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to drive innovation while ensuring scalability and reliability.
