Zakres obowiązków

Prowadzenie techniczne rozwoju produktu (z elementami custom Machine Learning)
Opracowanie i realizacja strategii technologicznej
Podejmowanie decyzji architektonicznych i technicznych
Tłumaczenie wysokopoziomowych potrzeb biznesowych na zadania dla zespołu
Zarządzanie ~10-osobowym zespołem (programiści JS / C++ / ML, QA, DevOps, specjaliści data annotation)
Monitoring i testowanie nowych technologii oraz ich wdrażanie
Nadzór nad backlogiem i raportowaniem projektu R&D, realizowanego w ramach PARP
Wysokie zaangażowanie w budowanie nowego, globalnego startupu i motywowanie innych członków zespołu
Testowanie i sprawdzanie kluczowych funkcjonalności produktu
Mile widziane : zarządzanie Jirą, tworzenie tasków, nadzór nad terminowością release’ów.

Poszukiwane kompetencje

Wysokie kompetencje techniczne umożliwiające podejmowanie decyzji z zakresu strategii technologicznej (budowa aplikacji webowych / desktopowych / embedded, tworzenie / trening customowych sieci neuronowych)

Mentalna elastyczność i umiejętność szybkiego uczenia się

Umiejętność prowadzenia zespołu i rekrutacji nowych członków

Umiejętność pozytywnego motywowania członków zespołu

Otwartość na realizację różnych zadań, typowa dla startupów

Podstawowe kompetencje z zakresu business analysis

Mile widziane

Doświadczenie w tworzeniu globalnego produktu cyfrowego w fazie wzrostu

Doświadczenie w projektach B+R (np. PARP)

Osobiste doświadczenie z używanymi technologiami (JS / C++ / ML)
