Position description
Due to the rapid growth of the company, we are now looking for a
Head of Sales
to join our ambitious
Commercial team
and take full ownership of building and scaling our sales function. You will lead Account Executives, drive revenue growth, and shape the way TrueLab enters new regulated markets.
Preferred locations :
Poland, Serbia, Romania
— but we also welcome
fully remote work (±2h CET)
with easy travel across Europe.
What do you do?
As a Head of Sales, your work will focus on :
Account Executives
(account management, upsell / cross-sell, pipeline, retention).
new business opportunities and revenue streams
to capitalize on emerging trends.
efficient sales processes
to ensure predictability and growth.
sales proposals, presentations, and pitches
revenue generation
and achieving ambitious sales KPIs.
sales strategies
to acquire new clients and expand into new markets.

What do you know?
To shine in this role, we expect you to have :
of proven experience in
B2B sales & business development
, incl.
2+ years in leadership
building and optimizing sales processes
and consistently delivering revenue growth.
managing and developing Account Executives
, including setting targets and driving performance.
to close complex deals.
CRM systems and sales software
; data-driven approach to pipeline and forecast management.
iGaming
and understanding of slot / game providers.
