Tasks

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll act as the technical backbone of our sales and customer engagement process. You'll collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to design, present, and deliver impactful automation solutions. This role blends hands-on technical work with strategic engagement — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, business value, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Technical Enablement

• Partner with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored AI automation solutions using Enterprise Bot's platform.
• Deliver compelling product demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and presentations that clearly communicate technical and business value.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and develop architecture proposals and integration plans.
