Senior Solutions Engineer

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Solutions Engineer at FloVision Solutions, you will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer operations. You will work directly with customers to design, develop, and deploy production applications, technical proofs-of-concept, and demo tools. Your initial project will be building a supply chain management solution for food processors, including a proof-of-concept and MVP for yield prediction.

We’re looking for a creative builder - potentially a former technical founder or early-stage startup engineer - with a strong analytical and software development background and excellent interpersonal skills. You\'ll play a critical role in translating real-world workflows into elegant software solutions, leveraging Lean Startup methodology to iterate rapidly and collaboratively.

As one of FloVision’s early employees, you will help shape our product roadmaps and engineering culture.

LOCATION & TRAVEL

This role is a full-time remote position. Occasional travel may be required for the following :

• Travel to customer sites (5–10% travel, depending on project and individual preferences).
• Attend team meetups and work sessions once or twice per year.
