Job Description

People Solutions Business Partner is a human resources professional who helps align an organisation's people strategy with their business strategy. They 'partner' with leadership through specialised knowledge that helps create policies and programmes in line with an organisation's goals and objectives.

Your responsibilities :

• Being the local point of contact for employees and line managers in the Operations team when it comes to any people-related topics to support organizational growth, create the best work environment and drive retention
• Provides a superior level of practical advice, guidance and support across the full spectrum of disciplines including : grievance, disciplinary, absence management and employee wellbeing and support
• Drives improvement suggestions to optimize the employee experience and engagement across the entire employee lifecycle to create an open and transparent culture
• Actively monitors a range of people data and reporting information (including absence, attrition, and engagement levels), analyzing trends to ensure any changes in usual performance parameters can be quickly identified, and root causes understood so that solutions can be created or supported
• Support and participate in the performance review process
• Ensure a full compliance with company policies and HR procedures
