Your role as an Operations Specialist

You will be cooperating with external partners and customers, relevant internal departments and colleagues on international level to resolve queries and issues.

• Perform a wide variety of complex administrative duties
• Preparation of Approvals send to customers
• Acting as Quality Gate for data input in systems
• Liaising and collaborating with colleagues to resolve queries and issues
• Ensure Service Level Agreements are maintained
• Align department and corporate policies and procedures
• Identify and actively contribute to process improvements

You are a contributor – both in developing and optimizing our processes and on the social aspect, in building a strong and safe environment among your colleagues.
