A meeting with Project Manager - to get to know each other better and ensure we're aligned on values and expectations! 🤝 You’re great at collaborating with clients, advising them on solutions, and building long-lasting relationships. You have advanced experience with SharePoint Online administration, including designing information architecture (metadata, search), configuring modern sites, and managing permissions in a structured, scalable way. You are skilled in process automation and scripting, and have hands-on experience building flows in Power Automate as well as using PowerShell for administrative tasks and system maintenance. You’re familiar with Azure Active Directory and know how to use security groups effectively to manage user access and application permissions across large environments. You are a user-focused problem solver who can identify pain points in digital platforms and deliver practical, intuitive solutions that improve usability and content findability. You speak and understand English at least at B2 level. Modernize User Access Management : Design and implement a streamlined permissions model using SharePoint Online and Azure AD groups, automating the current manual process for granting and revoking access., Overhaul the Information Architecture : Restructure the platform’s content, metadata, and search configuration to create a highly intuitive and efficient experience for finding information., Automate Key Communications : Develop automated workflows, such as content digests and notifications, to improve the content management lifecycle and keep the user community informed of updates., Establish Platform Governance : Create and document clear standards and processes for content management, user roles, and system maintenance to ensure the platform's long-term health and usability.] Requirements : SharePoint, PowerShell, Azure Cloud, Azure AD, Azure Active Directory, Power Automate Tools : Jira, Pivotal, GitHub, GIT, Agile, Scrum.
