Overview

Senior Consultant in Global Business Services Team (GBS) at PwC Polska. We are a multilingual team with experience across sectors, supporting clients globally to create optimal business solutions. Responsibilities

Taking part in GBS-related projects focused on evaluating current state and identifying opportunities for improvement, as well as implementing them
Working as part of project teams composed of internal and client staff to transform clients’ operations and build a platform for success
Taking ownership of delivering parts of the project scope independently and working in the capacity of a Project Manager
Supporting global clients in their end-to-end GBS journey from Target Operating Model design to large-scale business transformations
Collecting and analyzing multi-layered data to present recommendations to the client and select the best solutions
Supporting the creation of winning proposals to advise on Global Business Services and Outsourcing strategy execution
Developing personally through external and internal projects, and a wide range of training and courses

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience within the GBS / Outsourcing industry

Experience in consulting projects, process optimization, and business transformation

Experience in Project Management and a proven track record of delivering projects

Proven consulting skills and advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint

Analytical skills and experience analyzing various data sets

Experience in one or more shared services functions (e.g., procurement, supply chain, FP&A, HR, IT services)

Experience in any function's setup is a plus

Ability to adapt, take initiatives, and own tasks and problems

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Fluency in English

Willingness and ability to travel within Europe and, in some cases, globally

Nice to have

Transition experience and methodologies knowledge

Experience in IT HUB / COE setup

Data visualization tools literacy (e.g., PowerBI)
