Join Power People! We are looking for a LIMS Support Specialist with hands-on experience in LabWare LIMS or other LIMS-class systems. You will work on a project in the Food & Beverage industry, supporting laboratory processes in a GxP-compliant environment. The role involves L2 / L3 support, issue resolution, coordination of changes, and participation in small-scale projects.

responsibilities :

Provide support to lab users and lab equipment (barcode scanners, ZPL printers)

Troubleshoot operational errors, data transfer issues, and LIMS scheduler problems

Investigate and resolve SQL database issues and file share errors

Manage and troubleshoot LabWare LIMS, including workflows and user permissions

Support implementation of new lab processes and small-scale projects

requirements-expected :

Proven experience with LabWare LIMS or another LIMS-class system (SME / Support)

Good understanding of T-SQL and database structures

Experience in application and interface management

Ability to troubleshoot Windows OS issues in lab environments

Fluency in German (mandatory)
