Our team includes 200+ specialists across offices in Prague, Warsaw, Kyiv, and remote locations.

We’re expanding our BI & Analytics team  and looking for a  Business / Data Analyst to support data infrastructure, reporting, and help the business make smarter decisions through data.

• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Engineering, or BI Development.
• Solid knowledge of  Power BI : dashboards, DAX, RLS, gateways, performance tuning.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience in  ETL tools  and  data integration.
• Python proficiency for data automation, scripting, and API handling.
• Familiarity with building and optimizing  data pipelines  and  data lakes.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills : ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• English : Upper-Intermediate level or higher (B2+).

Power BI Ownership : Develop and maintain dashboards, manage user access, configure refresh schedules, gateways, and implement data privacy and performance optimization., ETL & Data Infrastructure : Build and support ETL / ELT pipelines, data lakes, OLAP cubes, and ensure robust connections to multiple sources., SQL & Python Automation : Write and optimize SQL scripts, automate reporting and data workflows using Python, Power Query, and build API-based scripts., Data Streaming & Real-Time Systems : Create systems for automated streaming and real-time data processing., Business Analysis & Collaboration : Analyze business processes, test hypotheses, prepare ad-hoc reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve reporting., User Support & Documentation : Provide Power BI support, improve existing reports based on user feedback, and maintain proper documentation.] Requirements : Power BI, SQL, Python, Data analysis, ETL, Data Lake, Data pipelines Tools : Jira.
