What You Will Be Responsible For :
- Act as the main partner for clients. Build, sustain, and deepen client relationships, ensuring deliverables align with their goals and expectations
- Develop, present, and oversee UGC and social media strategies that are both creative and commercially effective.
- Lead the delivery of campaigns—from briefs to completion—ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Mentor account teams (e.g., Account Managers / Executives), fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality delivery through guidance and feedback.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate with senior leadership on new business pitches and proposals.
- Maintain strong external relationships with media platforms, creators, and partners in the UGC / social space. Leverage these connections to enhance service offering.
