Within LLP business (Lead Logistics Partner) we deliver 4PL (fourth parts logistic) services for our European and global customers. Your role :

This role focuses on driving both hunting and growth of LLP and Partner Value for DHL Group within existing LLP accounts. You will play a key role in jointly developing the account development strategy for LLP across the EMEA region, preparing joint business plans, managing key account renewals, and proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities. The position requires working on large-scale, complex deals at both EMEA and Global levels, where effective engagement with key stakeholders, across multiple functions internally and externally at C-Suite level,s critical to delivering transformational business results.

What will we do together?

  • Drive growth and value for key LLP and partner accounts across the EMEA region by developing and executing strategic account plans,
  • Prepare tailored solutions, proposals, and commercial offers, and participate in pricing and contract negotiations to secure optimal terms,
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities while achieving regional growth targets,
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-Suite clients, and influence multiple business units and functions to ensure successful account outcomes,
  • Lead, coach, and develop the account development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, constructive feedback, and high performance,
  • Monitor account performance, compliance, and key metrics, and implement corrective actions where necessary,
  • Participate in regional and global strategic initiatives and support the implementation of best practices in account management,
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, and development initiatives, including training and CSR activities.
  • Who are we looking for?

  • Higher education, preferably in business, supply chain or logistics-related fields,
  • Extensive experience in transportation and 4PL sales, including at least 5 years in a similar senior-level role,
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken – essential,
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing tools, techniques, and approaches that support business development and commercial processes,
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering transformational business growth,
  • Strong experience in engaging with senior-level stakeholders, both internally and externally,
  • Proven ability to manage regional and local customer relationships within a complex matrix organization,
  • Willingness to travel across the EMEA region (up to 25% annually).
