Senior Analyst Financial Systems
Location : fully remote (fully remote with office access in Warsaw, Poland)
Purpose :
Reporting directly to the System Controls Manager, this role is responsible for design review, assessment and application of the global standards for system configurable controls as part of the SAP Central Finance (CFIN) and S4 HANA project implementations and ERP systems landscape.
This role will be based in Poland and is an integral part of the Corporate Controllership Access & Process Controls Team and will have a significant impact on the success of the Central Finance and S4 HANA projects.
Responsibilities : 1) General
- Support the design and implementation of the configurable controls’ framework across the CFIN / S4 HANA and core ERP platforms
- Create the design of detailed test plans for the configurable controls framework and align with audit requirements
- Work with various Controllership, Business and IT users to implement the control environment consistently across all core ERPs and the CFIN / S4 HANA platform
- Continually analyze and identify opportunities to enhance configurable controls (i.e. automate and drive efficiencies) across the core ERPs by leveraging new technologies
- Ability to communicate and interact across all levels of the organization including Controllership, Business and IT
2) Central Finance / S4 HANA
Responsible for assisting in the design of a configurable controls inventory embedded in all CFIN / S4 HANA process designs including but not limited to the following process areas : Record-to-Report, Order-To-Cash, Purchase-To-Pay, Treasury, Financial Close business process scenarios, Materials Management, Plant MaintenanceProvide analysis to CFIN / S4 Process Leads on control gaps in the proposed processes and collaborate on resolving such gapsParticipate in efforts during the CFIN / S4 HANA design and implementation phase focused on controls verification as part of the UAT processesAssess all configurable control requirements for CFIN / S4 HANA integrations to ensure alignment with gold standards; update scope, benchmarks and UATs.Lead workshops with business end users to understand various usage scenarios and develop test of one scriptAssist with review of GRC Process Controls continuous monitoring of CFIN / S4 HANA configurable controls valuesSubject matter expert on all configurable controls within CFIN / S4HANA and future expansion to other core ERP systems (C11 & E03)Requirements :
BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems5+ Years of Finance and / or Information systems experience, preferably in relatable industryExperience in SAP internal controls, knowledge of risk and controls concepts and financial compliance initiatives, and experience in automated controls such as SAP configuration and reportsExperience in performing assessments, design, and re-design of internal controls related to SAP implementationsAbility to conduct significant data analytics using various SAP tablesStrong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation of findings and recommendationsFluent in English (reading, writing, communication)Experience with core business processes including Record-to-Report, Order-To-Cash, Purchase-To-Pay, and Financial Close business process scenarios is a plusExperience with SAP GRC Process Controls is a plusWe offer :
