Release Train Leader

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Lead and facilitate software teams within the Agile Release Train (ART) through development and delivery, and guide the implementation of SAFe.
• Plan and facilitate all aspects of Program Increment (PI) planning on a 10-week cadence. Facilitate the Scrum of Scrums events and act as a SAFe facilitator / coach at the program level.
• Provide guidance in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe, and lead Agile delivery teams to consistently deliver value. Serve as an expert on Agile software principles for other team members.
• Engage directly with stakeholders to define mission value and prioritize work, and build intellectual capital in Agile techniques.
• Collaborate with communities of practice and the Solution Train Leader (STL), develop and conduct Agile-oriented training, and identify and deploy key metrics to enable continuous improvement.
• Support Agile ceremonies for the team or solution where needed (PI Planning,Retrospectives, Reviews / Demos). Facilitate timely and cost-effective impediment resolution.
• Act as a conduit to other teams and lines of business partners.
• Track and produce key metrics (e.g., Predictability Measure, velocity, unit test coverage, and Cumulative Flow Diagram).
• Promote a Lean-Agile approach.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor that align with the role's overall objectives.
