Responsibilities
- Deliver reward and HR consulting projects across European markets
- Provide expertise in job architecture, grading, pay structures, and compensation benchmarking
- Analyze and interpret HR data to support client decision-making
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and contribute to business development
- Collaborate with experienced consultants across Europe in a supportive and knowledge-sharing environment
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in reward consulting or a C&B role within a large organizationSolid knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluation, and reward principlesStrong analytical and data interpretation skillsAbility to work independently as well as in international project teamsFluency in EnglishA commercial mindset and motivation to grow in a client-facing roleBenefits
