Your attitudes we value :
- 5–7 years in benefits administration or HR operations in a multinational or shared services setup
- Fluent in Polish and English (verbal and written)
- Strong understanding of Polish social security regulations, insurance / pension / tax laws, and HR compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with HRIS systems like Workday, SAP, or Darwin preferred
- Familiarity with GDPR, employee data handling, and vendor contracts in Poland
- Ability to work with data, track metrics, and generate actionable insights
Your daily tasks :
Oversee enrollment, consent collection, monthly file reviews, and de-enrollment.Coordinate enrollments / disenrollments on vendor platforms. Solicit declarations, prepare reports (insured, payroll, ESB, invoicing). Support demise processing and manage queries. Liaise with vendors and oversee renewals and UAT.Prepare reporting and assist in invoicing and reconciliations. Support UAT, system changes, and benefit renewals.Track employee benefit selections and manage deductions. Handle invoicing, reporting, and coordinate with finance / payroll.Draft and circulate communications for benefits changes, projects, and annual enrollments. Support policy updates and broker changes with consistent messaging.Track, reconcile, and process benefit invoices from all vendors. Maintain audit-ready records and ensure timely approvals and payments.Coordinate all aspects of benefit renewals across offerings. Participate in user acceptance testing and system validations. Ensure exception handling, communication rollout, and readiness tracking.Conduct monthly onboarding benefit sessions for new hires. Support benefit changes arising from employee life events (e.g., marriage, childbirth).Assist with benefits broker transitions and related process realignments. Ensure smooth change management across people, process, and systems.What do we offer?
