We’re now looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as the bridge between creative execution and strategy — shaping ideas and driving high-performing concepts across different platforms.
What We Offer :
Develop and generate creative concepts for advertising campaigns (UGC, testimonials, infographics, etc.) tailored to target audiences and offers., Write clear briefs, scripts, and technical tasks for motion designers., Coordinate the end-to-end creative production process : task assignment, deadline control, quality assurance, and hypothesis alignment., Conduct performance analysis of creatives using key metrics (CR, CTR, ROI) and propose data-driven improvements., Adapt creative assets for different platforms (TikTok, Meta, Google) and target markets., Use spy tools to monitor competitors, identify trends, and generate fresh creative ideas., Collaborate closely with the media buying team to align creative strategies and achieve campaign KPIs.] Requirements : Digital marketing, Script, Brief, Meta Ads, TikTok, Tier 1 Additionally : International projects, Training budget.
