As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of digital automotive claims management by developing advanced AI and machine learning models. Working within a diverse and collaborative team of 30 data scientists, you will explore innovative research approaches and build intelligent systems that enhance the accuracy and efficiency of insurance-related processes. You will leverage state-of-the-art techniques in computer vision, large language models (LLMs), and multimodal AI to create impactful solutions tailored to the specific needs of the insurance and automotive industries.

Your responsibilities will include developing foundation models and intelligent systems that are capable of processing complex data inputs, improving claim automation, and supporting digital transformation. • Qualifications : Degree in mathematics, computer science, data science, engineering, physics, or a related field.
• 5+ years in data science with proven experience in ML, DL, and data analysis using Python.
• Proficient in applying data science methods, building predictive models, and deploying AI solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience within the insurance or automotive industries.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal);
• German is a plus.
