Lead Full stack Developer

Responsibilities :

Define architecture and ensure code quality

Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Job requirements :

10+ years of experience in full stack development

Strong skills in Java / Kotlin (Spring Boot) and React.js

Experience with CI / CD, cloud platforms, and microservices

Leadership experience in international projects

Must possess a legal work permit in Poland
