To strengthen our position in Western Europe , we are looking for a modern, entrepreneurial (Senior) Sales Engineer / (Senior) Business Development Specialist with a strong hunter mindset, tool fluency, and a proven track record in engineering services sales.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead business development across Germany, Austria, and SwitzerlandBuild a high-quality pipeline of RFQs and strategic relationships with OEMs, Tier-1s, and ESPsOwn the full sales cycle – from market mapping and lead generation to commercial closingPosition our Competence Centers (e.g. Interior, Exterior, Wiring Harness, E / E Software, Bus etc.) with precisionCo-create proposals with engineering centers and drive pricing & negotiationTranslate market data into sales action – you’re both analytical and opportunity-drivenAct as a trusted advisor, not just a sellerTravel to visit clients and participate in fairs (primarily Western Europe)SELECTED KPI’S

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
3+ years of technical B2B sales experience (engineering services, R&D outsourcing, product development, or IT / embedded)Proven hunter – you create leads, trigger RFQs, and closeExperience selling into the automotive / mobility sectors in DACHFluent in German and EnglishComfortable with CRM (Pipedrive), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Power BI, AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)Highly self-directed and entrepreneurial – you operate without micromanagementNice-to-Have :
