Team lead, Cloud Platform Operations

Main purpose of the position :

We are looking for a team lead to lead a global diverse team of 7 cloud engineers and database administrators in transforming operational practices and skills from on-premise to cloud technologies, ensuring both efficiency and upskilling.

In this role, you’ll ensure the cloud environment remains highly available, secure, and cost-effective and your leadership will play a critical part in driving the company’s cloud migration and modernization efforts.

You will be joining Cloud Operations team, that is responsible for building, maintaining and operating cloud infrastructure in Azure and will report to the Head of Cloud Operations.

What you’ll do :

• Ensure cloud infrastructure uptime, performance, and effective daily operations by leading your team in proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with the Senior Cloud Solution Designer on architectural decisions and strategy.
• Collaborate with the DevOps Team Lead to enhance CI / CD pipelines, improving efficiency and automation practices, and reducing deployment times.
• Establish and improve operational processes for implementing and supporting cloud infrastructure.
• Manage cloud deployments, updates, and resource optimization.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and cost management protocols.
