About the role : As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (m / w / d), you will be responsible for the implementation and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions with the aim of improving our customers' HR processes. You will also act as a contact person between customers, product management and application management.

What tasks can you expect?

Analysis of business requirements and development of customised solutions with SAP SuccessFactors.

Implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting).

Development of the solutions in line with the SD Worx technology strategy.

Proactively communicate with the client about progress, risks, issues, and financial project status.

Operational involvement in the implementation of the projects and ensuring the correct flow and tracking of project activities within the given budget and scope.

Support of existing customers as well as maintenance of the existing system at the customer's site (CRM, time recording, planning, etc.)

Conducting workshops and training for end users.

What do you have to offer?

A deep passion for the SAP ecosystem and a strong commitment to your customers' needs.

A successfully completed degree in the field of (business) informatics, economics or a comparable qualification.

Several years of experience in the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Sound knowledge of at least one SuccessFactors module.

Experience in the implementation of IT projects in the HR area, including requirements analysis, process design and implementation.

Strong communication skills and the ability to translate the requirements of specialist departments into technical solutions.

Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of teamwork, commitment and customer orientation.

Fluent in German and English.
