Job description

Opis stanowiska

pozyskiwanie i obsługa klientów oraz przewoźników,
zarządzanie zespołem w zakresie budowania struktury organizacyjnej,
koordynowanie działań zespołu i ścisła współpraca międzyoddziałowa,
nadzorowanie budżetu oddziału wraz z analizą kosztowo-przychodową,
sprzedaż ładunków z wykorzystaniem giełd transportowych TIMO / TRANS / TRANSPOREON,
kontrola nad dokumentacją transportowo-spedycyjną, program TMS,
prowadzenie analizy rentowności zleceń i prowadzenie negocjacji w zakresie stawek z klientami i przewoźnikami.

Wymagania stanowiska :

minimum 3 letnie doświadczenie w pracy spedycyjnej,

znajomość języka obcego (angielski, niemiecki, włoski) na poziomie B2,

podstawowa znajomość przepisów i procedur transportowo-spedycyjnych,

doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem,

komunikatywność i zdolność analitycznego myślenia.

Mile widziane :

doświadczenie w tworzeniu nowych zespołów.
