The Role

You would lead Supply Chain Planning workstreams in client-focused and dynamic international projects, with strong autonomy and guidance
Act as functional and solution expert to proactively advise customers and deliver outstanding results in your areas of expertise
Planning, conception, and implementation of complex SCM (Supply Chain Management) transformation projects over the entire project life cycle
Contribute to business development, from the request for information to the proposal submission and presentation
Participate actively to the development of the practice, including service offerings development support, training, and knowledge management

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning among the following areas : Forecasting, Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Production Planning, SC Control Tower

Ideally a solution expert in one of the leading supply chain planning tools, especially SAP IBP or / and Kinaxis

Must have work experience in leading IT consulting companies or IT consulting div

Ideally industry experience either in Manufacturing, CGP, and / or Life Science.

Strong communication skills in English and ideally in a second language (e. g. German, French)

Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience

Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences

Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility / willingness to travel
